Clarl; for senator, presented himself fit the Fergus Fer-gus county convention, culled to elect delegates to a state convention. The committee on credentials took the credentials cre-dentials of Mr. Long and reported to the convention: "Wl find that C. C. ! Long is not eiitiiled to sit in a Uepub- I liean convention."
