Mrs. Dcllie Damn fell the other day, badly spraining her ankle. R. II. Dullin started for Sanpete county on the 24th inst. with a load of sorgum and dried fruit. Dr. J. T. Allleck and wife, of St. George, were in town this week visiting visit-ing relatives and friends. Lorenzo Bringhurst returned from Lund on the 21st inst. He had been there on business for his father. Republicans met at the residence of Richard Higbee on the evening of the 24th inst. and effected an organization. Weather stormy, showers of daily occurrence. Quite a thick coat of snow fell on the 21st inst.- Prospects are exceedingly ex-ceedingly bright for a bountiful harvest. har-vest. Little Bennle Bringhurst, son of William Wil-liam and Martha Bringhurst, while playing with other children around a corrall, had a gate fall on his leg. It was at first thought the leg was broken, but examination showed that it was only severely bruised. |
