Show SHORT CREEK, Ariz. Mrs. I. W. Carllng Reporter Arnold A'lair who, has been placed . as foreman over a group of men on a fence job in Hurricane valley, val-ley, spent the week end with his family. Cleveland LeBaron and family, of Hurricane were visiting friends find relatives here Sunday. Lawrence Stubbs, Rich Jessop and Lizzie Colvin went to Salt Iake City to attend a funeral on Friday. Mrs. Sarah L. Elack attended the graduation exercises held at Hurricane high school Thursday nght. Her son, Sherling was one of the graduates. Warren Black, who has been ill for two weeks is slowly improving. im-proving. Mrs. Bee of Provo spent several sev-eral days visiting at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Lauritzen. Mrs. Beulah Finicum went to Las Vegas on Friday to spend the week end with her husband, who Is employed there. Gwcn Lauritzen went to Cedar City on Monday to visit her grandmother, grand-mother, Mrs. Roxburgh for a few days. Spencer Johnson, who was working at Las Vegas returned home Monday. Leonard Black, Sherling Black and Elva Carling made a trip to Cedar City on Monday. Elaine Lauritzen who has employment em-ployment at Las Vegas and Cloyd Lauritzen, who has employment in California are visiting their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. McLloyd Lauritzen. Laur-itzen. Leonard Black took the mail out Friday. Mrs. Black and two of her children went as far as Moccasin Moc-casin and visited there. Sherling Black, Cleon LeBaron and Francis Carling went to Tu-weep Tu-weep with the mail on Tuesday. A party was held at the home of Melba LeBaron on Wednesday. Arnold Adair and Sherling Black made a trip to Hurricane on Saturday. |
