Show Institute Graduation Exercises Held Sunday "Peace I Leave With You," was the theme of the Institute graduation gradu-ation exercises held Sunday evening eve-ning in the Tabernacle. Dr. M. Lynn Bennion, supervisor super-visor of L. D. S., seminaries, addressed ad-dressed the graduates. In keeping keep-ing with the theme, he gave the young people a rousing challenge to meet the conditions of the world today and to leave it better bet-ter than they found it. Brief talks were also given by Joseph Black, representing the graduates, Pres. Glenn E. Snow, and Director Royden C. Braith-waite. Braith-waite. Dr. Bennion awarded diplomas to the 21 graduates. Music was furnished by Ruth Falck, Margaret Jones, Mae Pace, Wayne Prince, Norman Hunt, John Miller, Earl J. Bleak, LaMoin La-Moin Lamb, Laurel Brinkerhoff, Irene Everett, Jane Pace and Helen Pectol. The Dixie college speech choir furnished a number, and prayers were offered by Waldo L. Brooks and Pres. Harold S. Snow. |
