Show SANTA CLARA Mrs. John G. Ott Reporter The Swiss camp held their closing clos-ing D. U. P. meeting at the home of Mrs. Harvey Stucki. Six guests and thirteen members were present. pres-ent. The subject of "Dividing Up the Land in Earl Days", was discussed dis-cussed by Edward R. Frei Sr. The Primary held their closing social Wednesday afternoon. Dancing Danc-ing and refreshments were enjoyed enjoy-ed by all. Lovely boxes of handkerchiefs hand-kerchiefs were given as awards for never being absent to Phil Gubler, Glen Jay Gubler, Kelton Frei, Mary Lucy Wittwer, Delores Frei, Edna Gubler, Lorna Graff and Joan Stucki. Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Mason of Aurora spent several days here visiting with their son, Levoy Mason and family. Lester Wittwer brought his wife and small son home from the McGregor Mc-Gregor hospital Saturday. Miss Helen Gubler is here visiting visit-ing with her family. She intends to remain with them for some time. Mrs. Harvey Frehner of Alamo, Nev., and Mrs. Harold Lockwood of Fresno, Calif., have spent some time here visiting with their mother, Mrs. John Gubler; also with their brother Hyrum and sister Laura Gubler. They remained re-mained until after Mother's Day. Miss Eileen Ott of Tropic is visiting vis-iting at the home of John G. Ott. A bridal shower was given last Wednesday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Lorenzo Leavitt, honoring Mrs. Howard Frei, formerly Miss Ora Nell DeLang. |
