Show CENTRAL Mrs. Austin Bracken Reporter The stake presidency met with the Pine Valley and Central ward bishoprics last Thursday on church business. Mrs. Royal Hunt motored to St. George Friday. She was accompanied accom-panied home by her two children and Maxine Hannig. Mrs. Adelia Tobler and family were week-end visitors in Washington. Wash-ington. Mr. and Mrs. John Cannon of Enterprise, Mrs. Clara Caudill and Ivan Cannon of St. George visited over the week-end at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bayard Cannon. Erastus and Rex Gardner were in town Sunday on business. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Lytle and two sons went to St. George on Saturday. Clark Slade spent Saturday and and Sunday here with his mother, Mrs. Lillie Maude Slade. Austin and Claude Bracken and Bishop MilforM Barnum were in St. George last Friday on business. Vivian Bracken has returned from the Ivins ranch where he has been employed. We had home missionaries at Sacrament meeting Sunday. Word has been received here by Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Bracken that their son, Jay, who is in the U. S. Army, has been transferred to Alaska to stay indefinitely. |
