Show College To Play Parsons Here Saturday Afternoon After a lay-off of a week, the college 'football eleven will tangle with the Westminster Parsons in a conference game at the local stadium, Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Both of these teams won from Snow by an identical score, 6-0, so the teams are very evenly matched. Westminster, as is Dixie, is handicapped because of a small squad and lack of scrimmage practice. prac-tice. Both squads, however, have a well-balanced first-team line-up, and the fans are promised plenty of thrills. Dixie has won two of three conference con-ference games, and the Parsons have taken one of two. The B.A.C. continued its winning win-ning ways by drubbing Carbon at Cedar City 25-0, on Armistice Day. Dixie will play Weber here on Thanksgiving Day in a pre-dinner appetizer, and will wind up the season here on November 29 with B. A. C. in a conference game and a typical battle for the "ax". |
