Show Funeral Services Held At Enterprise Thursday For William Lund, Sr. ENTERPRISE, Utah, May 27, Funeral services were held here last Thursday at 2:00 p.m., for William Lund Sr., with Bishop Arthur Barlocker in charge. The following musical numbers were rendered: "Sometime We'll Understand," "I Know That My Redeemer Lives", and "Shall I Receive A Welcome Home", by the choir under the direction of U. C. Staheli, with Alta Truman at the organ. A solo, "Peace I Leave With You", was sung by Mamie Paxman with Mae A. Pace at the piano. A duet, "I Shall Not Pass Again This - Way", by H. M. Holt, and Alta Truman, with Voilet Terry at the piano. The opening prayer was given by L. M. Terry and the benediction benedic-tion by Arthur P. Jones. A tribute from the Chamber, of Commerce of Cedar City was read by Duward Terry Terry and a tribute from the citizens of Enterprise Enter-prise was read by Dorothy Truman. Tru-man. The following speakers bore tribute to the fine character of the deceased: Pres. Harold S. Snow, Joseph A. Terry, Dr. Berg-strom, Berg-strom, Francis Bowler. Pres. Dan iel J. Ronnow and Bishop Barlocker. Bar-locker. The beautiful floral offerings and the crowd of people who attended at-tended all testifies to the love and respect that the people of southern Utah and parts of Nevada had for Mr. Lund. |
