Show SPRINGDALE Mrs. Lula Seegmiller Mrs. Jay Crawford Reporters Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Allred left Monday for Salt Lake City on business. Gail Gifford had the misfortune to break his collarbone while doing do-ing stunts with the Scouts. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Crawford were Sunday visitors here from Parowan. Roy Croft has moved his family back to Orderville. Iris Gifford has returned from a visit to Spring Canyon where she spent several weeks visiting relatives. rela-tives. Mrs. Calvin Ruesch is very ill in the McGregor hospital in St. George. The Scouts have been busy doing do-ing their good turn by chopping wood for the widows. A supper and program was sponsored by the Scouts Mar. 1, to raise funds for their fees. New Harmony and Kanarra presented pre-sented plays here Friday and Saturday. Sat-urday. Mr. and Mrs. James Crawford are spending a week in St. George doing work in the Temple. Mrs. Juanita Brooks of St. George reviewed "Giant Joshua", here Saturday evening. Daniel Winder is moving his family to the mountain for the summer. LaFell Iverson and Mrs. Alvin Inglestead were visitors in our Sunday school Sunday. Miss Nola Hepworth of Los Angeles is here visiting relatives and friends. |
