Show William Henry Riding Dies In San Francisco PROVO, Utah. Funeral services for William Henry Riding, 66, were held in the Provo Second ward L. D. S. chapel, Mar. 30, with Bishop J. Earl Lewis, officiating. He died Mar. 25th in San Francisco Fran-cisco of heart' ailment. Born in St. George Sept. 12, 1877, he was a son of Henry Hale and Elizabeth Blake Riding. He attended schools in St. George and as a young man was married in the St. George Temple to Mary Prisbrey, who died a few years later, leaving him with three sons. Later he moved to Provo and married Susannah Clark. He has been an active church worker and was a carpenter and building contractor. con-tractor. Surviving besides his wife are the following sons and daughters: Lester Riding and Mrs. Relva Peay of Provo; Harry Riding and Mrs. Ethel Coalwell of LeGrande, Ore.; Earl Riding, San Francisco; Mrs. Florence Hansen, Topeka, Kan.; three step-sons, Edward and Ernest Cox of San Francisco; and Albert Cox of Provo; six brothers and sisters, Alma Riding, Frank Riding and Mrs. Jane Wagoner, Springville; Aabel Riding Rid-ing and Mrs. Henrietta Larson, Salt Lake City and Mrs. Mary Ann Beacham of St. George. |
