Show NOTICE TO WATER TJSERS iState Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 7, 1936 Notice is hereby given that Santa San-ta Clara Cattlemen's Association, Santa Clara, Utah, has made Application Ap-plication in accordance with the laws of Utah, to appropriate .02 sec. ft. of water from Cottonwood spring in Washington county, Utah. Said water will be diverted from January 1 to December 31 inclusive of each year, at the point of issuance of said spring which bears N. 365 ft. and E. 1182 ft. from the WV4 cor. Sec. 35, T. 42 S., R. 17 W., SLB & M. and conveyed con-veyed by pipe line 30 ft. to a concrete con-crete trough and there used to water 200 head of cattle. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 11944. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, shall be submitted submit-ted in affidavit form and in duplicate, dupli-cate, accompanied by a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within with-in 30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
