Notice is given to water users on Santa Clara creek that a meeting, meet-ing, in compliance with Chapter 5 of the Utah laws, will be held in the Court House at St. George on Saturday, March 9. 1940, at 2:00 p.m. for the purpose of (a) hearing a financial report of activities acti-vities for 1939, lb) making recommendation recom-mendation to the State Engineer for a Water Commissioner for the season of 1940 and the compensation com-pensation he shall receive, (c) appointing ap-pointing a water users' committee, (d) preparing a budget for 1940 distribution and (e) transacting such other business which might properly come before the meeting.
