Show SUMMONS IN THE FIFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT DIS-TRICT COUTIT OF WASHINGTON WASHING-TON COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH. CHARLES J. BASTTAN and JOSEPHINE HAN NIG BASTIAN, Plaintiffs. vs. SERENA 3. FARNSWORTH, JOHN DOE, RICHARD ROE, MABLE ROE, and MARY ROE, Defendant. The State of Utah to the said Defendant: You are hereby summoned to appear withing twenty days after the service of this summons upon ' you, if served within the county in which this action is brought; otherwise, within thirty days after service, and defend the above entitled en-titled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. This action is brought to recover re-cover a judgment quieting title to the following described premises situated in Washington County, State of Utah, described in plaintiff's plain-tiff's complaint as follows, to-wit: All of the East half of Lot Eight (8), and all Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), and Eleven ( 11) in Block Three (3) of Richard Morris's Entry of the Southwest South-west Quarter of Section Thirty-five Thirty-five (35) in Township Forty-two Forty-two (42), South of Range Fifteen Fif-teen (15) West of Salt Lake Meridian and containing in all Sixteen (16) Acres and One Hundred and Twenty-seven (127) square rods of land, be the same more or less.
