Show Gunlock Mrs. Lee V. Leavitt Reporter Glenn McAllister has gone to St. George to work in the beet fields. Mrs. Joseph Neilson has gone to Salt Lake City to receive medical medi-cal treatment. Albert Ulrick has gone to Hurricane Hur-ricane where he has employment. Miss Zella Pulsipher of Mes-quite, Mes-quite, who has been visiting at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John H. Pulsipher, returned re-turned to her home on Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Lee V. Leavitt left for Los Angeles, Sunday evening, even-ing, where Mr. Leavitt will receive re-ceive medical treatment. A wedding dance was given here Saturday evening honoring Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Thompson. Friends from St. George, Veyo and Enterprise Enter-prise attended. The young couple received many beautiful and useful use-ful gifts. Mr. and Mrs. Iliff Andrus and small son, Lee, spent Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lee V. Leavitt. Several of our townspeople attended at-tended union meeting in St. George Sunday. Mrs. Oscar Myers has gone to Pioche where Mr. Myers has employment. em-ployment. Word has been received here of the birth of a daughter to Mr. and Mrs. Thois Martineau at Cedar City. Mrs. Glen Hansen is spending the week visiting at the home of Mrs. Albert Ulrich. |
