M., Oct. 9, 1936, for con- structiou of the U. S. P. O. at St. George, Utah. Attention is directed to the special conditions 1 of bidding set forth in the speci- J fication. Upon application, one 1 set of drawings and specifica- j tions will be supplied free to , each general contractor interested 1 in submitting a proposal. The j above drawings and specifica- tions MUST be returned to this J office. Contractors requiring ad- ditional sets may obtain them by purchase from this office at a J cost of $5 per set. which will 1 not be returned. Checks offered1 1 as payment for drawings and J specifications must be made pay- 1 able to the order of the Treas- J urer, U. S. Drawings and speci- , fications will not be furnished to contractors who have consist- J ently failed to submit proposals. One set upon request, and when 1 considered in the interests of , the Government, will be furn- ished Builders' Exchanges, Cham- J bers of Commerce or other or- ganizations who will guarantee to make them available for any subcontractor or material firm in- terested, and to quantity survey- ors, but this privilege will be , withdrawn if the sets are not ? returned after they have accom- J plished their purpose.
