Show Utah State Fair At Salt Lake City, Set For Sept. 26-0ct.3 Utah is getting ready to go to the Fair . And the Fair: state 19 3 6 edition edi-tion is getting ready to greet Utahns and everyone who will journey Salt Lake City-ward to visit the Beehive state's greatest exposition. It is, in fact, ready ,now, barring the placing of the thousands of exhibits to be displayed dis-played in the various departments. Readiness up to date includes beautifying and readying up of grounds and buildings to receive re-ceive the exhibits, listing of displays dis-plays and assignmnt of allotted space, booking of amusements and concessions, and general pre-pardeness pre-pardeness all along the line. All this lias been done. The gates are ready to swing open as soon as the exhibits are in place. This last minute job promises to be the biggest ever undertaken by a Fair management inasmuch as entries in every division have already set new records for number, num-ber, variety and scope. Abundant Abund-ant crops, better .grazing conditions condi-tions with resultant improved livestock, and augmented business busi-ness in practically every branch of industry presages also better qualities in exhibits. Anticipating the increase in exhibits and impressed with the opportunity Utahns are to have tliis year for showing their products pro-ducts at their best. Ernest S. Holmes, Fair manager, and Fan-board Fan-board directors have outdone themselves in providing exposition exposi-tion facilities. Buildings have been revamped, redecorated and provided with improved display arrangements. This means also that Fair visitors vis-itors will be enabled to view exhibits to the greatest possible advantage. For example, new exhibits ex-hibits cases have been installed in the women's building for better display of feminine handicraft handi-craft and products ot the home. New arrangement cf concession amusements in the central grounds will give entertainment seekers better facilities to enjoy themselves.
