Show Proclamation on Quail, Pheasant Shooting Made by Commissioner From the State Fish and Game Commissioner WHEREAS, after due investigation, investi-gation, it has been determined that pheasants and quail have increased to an extent that they are not in danger of being exterminated, ex-terminated, NOW THEREFORE, I, Newell B. Cook, Fish and Game Commissioner Com-missioner of the State of Utah, do hereby declare an open season for Pheasants and Quail in the State of Utah during the year 1934 as follows: Provided that all of Washington Washing-ton County lying south of Dixie National Forest to Arizona state line and west of Hurricane Fault to Nevada state line, except Indian In-dian Reservation, which is open to Indians only, shall be open to the hunting of pheasants, November Nov-ember 4, 5, and 6 to two male; birds per day. Provided that all of Washington County lying west of Highway 91, from Arizona Ari-zona line to south boundary of Indian Reservation, running west and north on Indian Innervation; boundary to Goldstrike Road ; j Goldstrike Road forming the north boundary to East fork of Beaver Dam Wash; thence running run-ning directly weft to Nevada state line, shall be open to the, hunting of quail from November 4 to December 31. inclusive, to eight birds per day.
