Show ARMISTICE PROGRAM PLANNED BY LOCAL LEGIONNAIRE POSTS Armistice Day, November 11th will be fittingly celebrated in St. George under the direction of tha American Legion and their Auxiliary. Aux-iliary. A part of the program as it will be presented is outlined out-lined below. Salute at Daybreak. A miniature parade at 9:00 a.m. with prizes being offered to the three best floats. This will be followed by a meeting in the tabernacle which will open with the audience singing sing-ing America. Prayer, Chaplin Nida Leight-ner. Leight-ner. Band selection, directed by E. J. Bleak. Oration, Legionnaire Edward Simmons. Memorial Pageant starting with the forming of a living cross; "Flanders Field," a reading by Wanda Snow; Auxiliary Chorus singing, ''Sleep Soldier Boy;" with the final part being "Taps," played by E. J. Bleak. Armistice Day oration by a Dixie College student. Male Chorus, "Boys of the Old Brigade." Armistice Day oration by a Dixie College student. Band selection. "Star Spangled Banner," sung by the audience. From 2:00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. there will be a flower show under the auspices of the P. T. A. This will be held in the Science building.
