Show Game Gub Officials Confer With State Leaders on Projects Bryan Lund, president of the Washington County Fish and Game Protective association, and Will Love, Jr., vice-president of the St. George Chamber of Commerce, Com-merce, went in to Salt Lake the first of the week to attend the Fish and Game meeting called call-ed by state officials to determine policies of this department for the future. The local men are particularly interested in working out the problem of taking care of our deer of the Dixie Preserve without with-out having to shoot any more does It is their hope that arrangements ar-rangements can be made to buy some of the submarginal land and bund a fence to protect the farms that will Be feasible to fence. ' Backers of this idea point out that it has been worked very successfully in other parts of the country and that now is the logical time to do this work as money has been provided to buy this type of land with CCC boys available to do the fencing this part or the deal could be worked out satisfactorily.
