Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City, Utah, August 23, 1928. Notice Is hereby given that Ellis Larson, whose post office address K St. George, Utah, has made appli cation in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to appropriate 120 c. f. s. of water from Black Canyon in Washington County. Utah. Said water is to be diverted at two points as follows: No. 1, at a point which bears 3520 ft. N. and No. 2 at a point which bears N. 2900 ft. from the NW cor. of Sec. 1, T. 39 S R. 19 W S. L. B. & M., and conveyed by means of a pipe a distance dis-tance of 110 ft. where it will be used from May 1st to Sept. 1st of each year for the watering of 3000 head of sheep. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. 10343. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, du-plicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
