Show MURDER SUSPECTS ARE RELEASED L. E. Soyer of Prescott, Ariz., and Ottia Hanzlick of Summerville, Mass., who were arrested in Ely, Nevada two weeks ago and held in connection with the murder of a store watchman at Spanish Fork, were released at Cedar Ce-dar City last Saturday night. There was no evidence that they had ever before been in the state. Since their arrest in Ely the men had been held in Provo, and on Saturday Sat-urday were brought to Cedar City by Sheriff Win. Brooks of Washington county, and Deputy Sheriff Roper of Utah county. An effort was made at Cedar to identify them as the pair who tried to sell a gun to John Perry the day after the murder at Spanish Fork. Perry stated they were not the men. After being released both men left for' their homes. |
