Show LAS VEGAS WOMAN HURT IN ACCIDENT Mrs. Azar Aldredge of Las Vegas is in the hospital here suffering from severe injuries to her neck and back as the result of an automobile collision here at noon today. No bones were broken, but her neck is badly wrenched. The accident occurred at the intersection inter-section of First West and First South streets. Mr. and Mrs. Aldredge, in a Chevrolet sedan, were proceeding south on First West street and had not cleared clear-ed the intersection when their car was struck in the side by another Chevrolet driven by Eldon Reid, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lorenzo Reid, who was traveling east on First South. The car driven by Reid is owned by Mrs. Sylvanus Collett of Vernal, Utah, who is here on a short visit. The Aldredge machine was tipped over by the force of the impact, and was badly wrecked. The other machine ma-chine was but slightly damaged. Mrs. Aldredge was formerly Miss Alice Al-ice Barlow of St. George, but since her marriage has resided in Las Vegas. They came in yesterday from the north on their return home, and stopped stop-ped over here for a short visit. |
