Show BLINDING LIGHTS CAUSE MAN'S DEATH I j CEDAR CITY.Walter Murie of j Cedar City, aged 45, died at the Iron county hospital Saturday at 2 p. m. as a result of an auto accident Friday night on the highway a short distance north of Cedar City. Murie was riding a horse northward and Ambrose Hyatt of Parowan was driving a car in the same direction. The lights of a car coming from the north so blinded Hyatt that he was unable to see Murie, who came from the borrow pit as the car struck him. Hyatt stopped and rush the injured man to the hospital, where it was found his skull was fractured. Murie was unmarried, but had brothers and other relatives living in Cedar. The identity of the driver whose car headlights are blamed for the mishap, is unknown. |
