Cedar lost a game to Orderville last Friday night, but won from Kanab by 3 points. Dixie beat Kanab by a big margin. The college team this year has a brighter prospect for a championship than that for several sev-eral years. Four of last year's letter men are on the main squad. They are Ken Cox, a veteran of several high school and junior college tournaments; Walter Brooks, who started his hoop career when in the last year of high school and who has since developed into one of the best guards in the district; Duff Pugh, long, lanky center, and Andy Pace. High school graduates gradu-ates who made brilliant records are Jim Andrus and Flash At-kin, At-kin, outstanding forwards, and Sam Pugh, captain of last year's Kanab high school team. However, the B. A. C. has a strong team. Only two of last year's championship team have left the school, and according to reports, ample material is available to fill their places. This aggergation won rroni iuin-ersville iuin-ersville which had defeated Dixie, but since that time Dixie has improved considerably by contact with the Swedes and the Montana team, although they lost both games.
