Show MESQUITE Mesquite, New, Feb. S. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Nelson and children and Miss Nell Leavitt arrived here Saturday Sat-urday evening from Provo. Mrs. Nelson and children will remain here, until spring with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lister Leavitt. Mr. Nelson returned next morning to his work at Centerville where he is superintendent sup-erintendent of the district schools. John Johnson and his son Oley and Miss Gertrude Evans left last week for their home at Small, Idaho, after spending the mid-winter here. Miss Nell Johnson remained here with her aunt, Mrs. Myron D. Abbott. Monday evening the M. men and Gleaner girls banqueted their parents. par-ents. A good crowd was present and all had a jolly good time. Mr. and Mrs. John D. Pulsipher of St. George have been here the past week visiting with their children. Mrs. Walter Hughes went to Santa Clara last week .to visit with her brothers. She returned Monday. Born, to Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Pulsipher, Pul-sipher, a son, Jan. 31; mother and babe doing nicely. Mrs. Jeremy Leavitt has been quite ill for about two weeks. She is slowly slow-ly recovering. Charles and Cliff Sullivan of St. George were visitors here Sunday. |
