Show WASHINGTON Washington, February S. Sunday evening we were entertained by musical talent, from the Dixie college col-lege under the direction of Prof. J. W. McAllister. The program consisted con-sisted of choruses, solos, duets, and piano selections. It was very much enjoyed by a crowded house. Mr. and Mrs. Victor Iverson, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Reber, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Tobler and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Staheli spent Sunday evening in Santa Clara. - The junior class of the Y. L. M. I. A. held a party at the home of Miss Thressa Pearce Friday night. An enjoyable time is reported. Miss Thressa Westover entertained entertain-ed a few friends at her home Monday afternoon. She left this morning for Los Angeles, California. Mrs. James E. Turner is home after af-ter spending some time in St. George with her daughter, Mrs. Alice Pymm. Miss Belle Tegan is home from the hospital where she underwent an operation op-eration recently. A candy pull was held Thursday evening at the home of Mrs. Mary Hafen. Mrs. Claud Reeves is at the county hospital for medical treatment. Miss Nina Nisson went to Cedar City Friday. |
