V SCOUT ANNIVERSARY WEEK The 17th anniversary of the organization or-ganization of the Boy Scout movement move-ment in the United States, passed off quietly here. Last Sunday topics of Scout interest were discussed in the East and West wards conjointly by Commissioner B. Glen Smith and in the South Ward by Eagle scouts Bliss S. Jarvis and Ellis S. McAllister. At the local Boy Scout " Court of Honor held last Saturday night, Scout Lloyd McArthur was granted a merit badge for marksmanship.
