R Henderson has been hired to be energy director for the Uintah Basin Oil Planning and Advisory Advisory Advisory Ad Ad- Council MR HENDERSON who is well acquainted with the oil problems was appointed by Governor George D. D Clyde in 1957 to be the first chairman of the organized newly-organized Utah State Land Board and Oil and Gas Commission That position he held until 1965 when the Utah State Legislature divided the commission Mr Henderson tendered his resignation at that time to Governor Calvin Rampton to enable the Governor to choose a chairman from his own party C.
