Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, en-cumbrances, at the front steps of the. Uintah County Courthouse, Vernal, Utah, on the 3rd day of March, 1982, at 11 o'clock a.m. of said day: Section 36, Township 4 South, Range 21 .East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Beginning 2 rods West of the Southeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 36, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, thence West 24 2-3 rods; thence North 7 rods; thence East 24 2-3 rods; thence South 7 rods to point of beginning. Less .07 acre in Highway High-way Project F-96. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these nonjudicial non-judicial proceedings is dated May 1, 1981, and was executed by Brian Brackenbury d-b-a Rig Electric and Boiler. The present owner is DEWEY L.
