Show RESOLUTION NO. 2-16-82 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE DUMPING OF COMMERCIAL COM-MERCIAL GARBAGE AT THE VERNAL CITY-UINTAH CITY-UINTAH COUNTY LANDFILL FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING FINANC-ING THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE COSTS OF THE VERNAL VER-NAL CITY-UINTAH COUNTY LANDFILL. WHEREAS, The Uintah Uin-tah County Commission has determined and found that it is necessary to establish a fee schedule for all commercial users of the Vernal City-Uintah County Landfill, such fees to offset the costs related to the operation and maintenance of the Vernal Ver-nal City-Uintah County Landfill required to adequately ade-quately serve the citizens using such services ; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Uintah County Coun-ty Ordinance No. 82-2-8, be it resolved by the Uintah Uin-tah County Commission as follows: Section 1. Commercial Dumping Fee Schedule. The following commercial commer-cial dumping fee schedule is hereby adopted and required re-quired payable by all commercial users of the Vernal City-Uintah County Coun-ty Landfill, such fee schedule to reflect a monthly mon-thly billing rate: Commercial Pickup, dumping fee, $2.00 per load; Tires, dumping fee, $6.00 per load; One ton Commercial Truck or larger. $3.00 per load. Section 2. Effective Date. This resolution shall become effective the 1st day of March. 1982 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Uintah County Commission, this lbth day of Feburary, 19H2. ROLAND MERKLEY.
