Show VERNAL CITY LAND LEASE NOTICE OF BIDS Sealed bids for the lease of the following parcels of land will be received at the Vernal City Ci-ty Office, 495 East Main, Vernal, Utah 84078 until 5 p.m. on June 19, 1981 and then at such time opened and read aloud. Parcels: 1. Approximately twelve (12) acres of grazingagricultural graz-ingagricultural land located south of the Vernal Ver-nal City-Uintah County Cemetery. Land to be used us-ed for livestock grazing or agricultural purposes only. Lease Period: July 1, 1981 thru June 30, 1982. 2. Approximately four (4) acres of pasture land adjacent to Vernal City Sewage Disposal Plant. Land to be used for livestock grazing or agricultural purposes. Lease Period: July 1, 1981 thru June 30, 1982. 3. Approximately thirty (30) acres of pasture land located east of the Dinaland Golf Course. Land to be used for livestock grazing. Lease Period: July 1, 1981 thru June 30, 1982. Bid Guidelines: 1. Bids shall include a cashiers check, certified check, or cash, equaling the total amount of bid, such amounts to be refunded to any unsuccessful unsuc-cessful bidder. Lease specifications may be obtained ob-tained by the Vernal City Office, during regular ' business hours. 2. Bids shall be enclosed enclos-ed in a sealed envelope. 3. Bids shall state proposed pro-posed use of land. 4. Bids shall be awarded award-ed to the highest responsible responsi-ble bidder. 5. Vernal City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
