Show ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AND NOTICE OF HEARING CAUSE NO. 145-2 BEFORE THE BOARD OF OIL, GAS AND MINING MIN-ING DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES in and for the STATE OF UTAH IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF SNYDER OIL COMPANY COM-PANY FOR AN ORDER ESTABLISHING DRILLING DRILL-ING AND SPACING UNITS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCATION OF GAS FROM THE UINTAH FORMATION UNDERLYING CERTAIN CER-TAIN LANDS IN UINTAH UIN-TAH COUNTY, UTAH THE STATE OF UTAH TO ALL OPERATORS, TAKERS OF PRODUCTION, PRODUC-TION, MINERAL AND ROYALTY OWNERS, AND PARTICULARLY ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN-TERESTED IN UINTAH COUNTY, UTAH. Notice is hereby given that the State of Utah, Board of Oil, Gas and Mining, conducted a hearing on Thursday, October Oc-tober 23, 1980, at 10:00 a.m., in the Wildlife Resources Auditorium, . 1596 West North TemDle. Salt Lake City, Utah, in the above entitled cause, as which time the Board issued a temporary order : 1. establishing lay-down 320-acre drilling and spacing units for the development and production produc-tion of gas from the Uinta formation underlying the following described lands in Uintah County, Utah: Township 6 South, Range 21 East Sections 25-27, 34-36 Township 6 South, Range 22 East Sections 28-33, Township 7 South, Range 21 East Sections 1-3, 10-12, iTTtoviiMlri p 7 ' 'So u t h , Range 22 East Sections 4-6, 8, 9 & 10 2. restricting the permitted per-mitted location to not less than 1000 feet from the north line and 1000 feet from the east line in the NE4 and not less than 1000 feet from the south line and 1000 feet from the west line of the SW4 of each section, except in Section 2, Township 7 South, Range 21 East and Sections 27 and 34 of Township 6 South, Range 21 East, in which the permitted per-mitted well locations shall be not less than 1000 feet from the north line and 1000 feet from the west line of the NW4 and not less than 1000 feet from the south line and 1000 feet from the east line in the SE4 of said exceptional ex-ceptional sections. Notice is further given that public notice of this hearing was not published publish-ed as required by law. THEREFORE, if you and each of you have any objection to said order being be-ing entered permanently, you are hereby requested to notify this Division on or before Monday, November 17, 1980, and thereafter appear before the Board of Oil, Gas and Mining, in the Wildlife Resources Auditorium, 1596 West North Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, at 9:00 a.m., to show cause, if any there be, why said application should not be granted.
