Show News in City Court... Appearing in City Court on Aug. 17 was Brion Charles, who was charged with driving during revocation. He entered a pica of guilty and was sentenced to pay a $150 fine and to serve 30 days in jail, with the jail sentence suspended suspend-ed on payment of the fine. Also Aug. 17, Glenda Wilkinson appeared on a charge of issuing a series of bad checks. On motion of County Attorney Bill Bcnge, the charge was dismissed on the condition that she make restitution of $92.45 and close her checking account. On Aug. 22 William Albert Wood appeared on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He entered a plea of innocent and trial was scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 1 at 2 p.m. Larry Yardlcy appeared Aug. 22 on a charge of theft. On motion of the county attorney, the charge was dismissed and the defendant was required to pay $361 rcstitutuion and $50 court costs. Also Aug. 22, Edward Schocknmcycr appeared on a charge of driving during revocation. He entered a pica of guilty and was ordered to pay a $200 fine and to serve 30 days in jail. The jail sentence was suspended on payment of the fine. On Aug. 23. Steven Paul Buck appeared on a charge of assault. He entered a plea of innocent and trial date was set for Sept. 7 at 10 a.m: |
