Box 7, Moab, Utah 84532 has lilod a request lor an oxtonslon of time with the Stato Engineer to make and submit proof of appropriation under Seg. Ap-pl. Ap-pl. No. 34714-b (05-1363), covering 10.0 acre foot of water In Grand County, Utah to be used for domestic, stockwatering and Irrigation purposes. It Is represented that the applicant Is In the process of getting a contractor lined up to build a home. Additional time Is noodod to complote the protect and make and submit proof of appropriation. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing this request with reasons thereof must be filed In duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S. 2nd Floor, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111, on or before November 4, 1978. A hearing will be held on this request before the State Engineer at 9 a.m., on Wednesday, November 15, 1978, at the Grand County Courthouse, In Moab, Utah. Protestants should appear at the hearing.
