Show NOTICEOF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that on the 16th day of October, 1978, at 10 a.m. o'clock, at the City Council Room in the Grand County Courthouse, Moab, Utah, the Board of Grand County Commissioners Com-missioners will hold a public hearing concerning proposed Ordinance No. 133, relating to zoning, at which time and place all interested persons and citizens may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard either in support of or in opposition of the proposed Ordinance. The proposed Ordinance has been filed with and is in the custody of the Clerk of Grand County, State of Utah, at her office in the Grand County Courthouse, Moab, Utah, and may be examined by any interested person during regular regu-lar business hours at the above described address up to and including 10 o'clock a.m. Sept. 18, 1978. For particular provisions of the Ordinance, reference is made to the above Ordinance. Generally, but with no attempt at particularity, the proposed Ordinance relates to zoning and provides for and will authorize the following zoning classification of the area within Grand County, described as follows: Sec. 9, 10, 15, and 16-T21S, R16E. Beginning at a point on the southerly right of way of U. S. Highway 50-6 264.6 feet North and 599.5 feet west from the N.W. corner of Sec. 15, T21S, R21E, SLB&M, running thence southeasterly along said right-of-way line 19.33 feet more or less to a point of intersection with the north line of said section 15. Thence south 245 feet, thence N. 84 20' W 268.5 feet thence south 10 feet, thence N 74 35' W 405.1 feet, thence N 89 17" West 391.7 feet, thence South 2 01' West 1093 feet more or less to the southeast corner of the Jacob Bastian property, thence N 49 West 134 feet, thence N 31 W 250.8 feet, thence N 48 30' West 462 feet, thence North 20 30' West 642.2 feet, thence North 5 30' West 264.5 feet to the point of beginning. It is asked that the above description be changed from R-3 and A-1 zoning under former ordinance to HC-1 zone, new classification. Also requested that the following described property be changed from A-1 under former ordinance to R-4 zone, new classification: Beginning at a point from whence the N'i cor of sec 17 T26S, R22E SLB&M bears N. 43 45' 30" W 465.60 ft, and S 003' E 44.2 ft. thence S. 1000' E 302.90 ft., So. 29 44' E 76.60 ft; S. 41 37' E 212.80 ft.; So. 49 20' E 704.80 ft; N 86 44' 30" E 235.05 ft; N 5 50' 30" E 122.70 ft; N 13 40' E 173.60 ft; N 52 36' W 374.42 ft; N 45 33' E 219.65 ft; N 49 56' W 840.35 ft; S 25 44' 30" W 222.30 ft.; S 50 01' E 181.20 ft; S. 40 40' 30" W 236.40 It; N 19 46' W 285.10 ft; S 76 14' W 64.70 ft to beginning.
