Show Handicapped week proclaimed "Yes We Can" is the theme of the week for National Employ tHe . Handicapped Week, Oct. jf 1 to 7, and the Moab's F Mayor Harold Jacobs, in a proclamation, has endors- ed the benefits of hiring the handicapped.
