'i " v If : v!- O' 1 4 " L. i Phil Enloe Gospel singer schedules program in Moab Phil Enloe, internationally internation-ally known Gospel singer, will be at the First Assembly of God on Boulder Avenue on Tuesday, Tues-day, October 10 at 7:00 p.m. for a evening of ministry in song and testimony. Phil Enloe, born and raised in Illinois, comes from a large family and a background of church attendance from birth. He is married to a southern girl. Phil and Carolyn have three daughters, Shonie, twelve years old and twins, Tuesdee and Wensdee. A musical scholarship at high school started Enloe in a career of singing over fourteen years ago. He then studied stud-ied at Southern Illinois University and Akron University in Ohio. The first seven years was spent as a member of several top name gospel quartets such as the Couriers, the Blackwood Brothers organization and the Imperials, which backed up Elvis Presley at that time. In 1970 Enloe began concerts as a soloist. He is considered by some to be one of the greatest voices in sacred music today. He sings many styles of songs and incorporates a three octave oct-ave range. Phil is not only a recording artist, but a songwriter and author as well. His travels have taken him around the world. He has sung throughout America, Canada, the Caribbean, South America, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Holland, Hol-land, South Africa and . more. Paster David E. Ross invites the public to attend. |
