Show New Park Ranger Joins .ecJ Staff at Dead Horse Point Craig Hawkins has joined the staff at Dead Horse Point State Park, he will hold the position of Park Ranger. He is married and has a baby daughter. Craig transferred trans-ferred in from Goblin Valley to replace Ben White who has taken the position of Ranger-in-charge of Goblin Valley. Craig is a graduate of Hillcrest High School and holds a B.S. degree in Recreation Education from B.Y.U. He is also a member of the National Guard 19th Special Forces. For-ces. The couple will reside in the park residence area along with the other park personnel and their families. fam-ilies. Visitation for the month of October totaled 5,185 persons, with 436 of these staying over-night in the park campgrounds.
