Show Architects Study Shows Star Hall Can Be Saved . Star Hall can be saved. the Grand County School Board was informed this week by architects Panush-ka Panush-ka and Peterson. ' A detailed survey of the 60-year-old community hall proved it to be structually sound, and worthy of the planned renovation project to put it in use again. The building will be included in-cluded in the next construction construc-tion package being detailed by bidding by the school architects. Other portions of the planned school constructions con-structions in the package include remodeling of the Junior High School, additions addi-tions to the senior high ..shop, and construction of a junior high school gymnasium. gymnas-ium. The annex to the library libr-ary building will be razed, but for the present the historic his-toric building once used as a high school will be salvaged sal-vaged for use as a music and school lunch facilities. The. planned construction work was made possible by a voter approved half million mil-lion dollar bond a year ago. Bids have been awarded for another major construction package which included additions ad-ditions at both elementary schools to increase kindergarten kinder-garten facilities. A high school track under construction construc-tion from the funds, is nearing completion by contractor con-tractor Louis Kisida, and a water well has been drilled at the high school for outside out-side irrigation purposes.
