NEW UTAH EGG LAW NOW IN OPERATION Utah's egg law became operative to today to- to day Under its terms all persons dealing in eggs in the state must roust take takeout takeout out a state license The bureau of dairy and foods in the state agricultural tural department which expected to have tave Its rules and regulations sent out outto outto outto to all persons interested has been unable unable unable un un- un- un able to have them printed owing to the strike of the printers but hopes to have them ready within a day or two Section 4 of the law provides that for the purpose of enforcing the act it is required that ten days after the act takes effect no person shall en engage engage engage en- en gage gag in the business of buying or selling eggs or deal in eggs except those retailers who do not buy di direct direct direct di- di from producers and who do not sell in lots greater reater than one case must apply to the state agricultural de department department department de- de bureau of food and dairy for a license to conduct such business business business busi busi- ness and this application must be made at once
