Miss Jane Add ems of Chicago and Joseph Jo-seph Lee considered the problems of housing, health and recreation In Ford hall ar--" delegates Interested In the mental men-tal defecta of delinquents listened to sd-dresscs sd-dresscs by Dr. William Healv of Chicago.
