Latest reports from tha meeting meet-ing indicate that James A. Pollock will be re-elected president of tha exchange. By far tha greater aamber of voet was east by proxy. Tha chair appointed Harry Joseph, A. B. Pembroke aad M. W. Taylor a committee on proxies. According Ac-cording to the rules and regulations of tba organization, officers are elected from tha sine directors. The president then appoints a chairman of committee, com-mittee, and he ia turn appoiata the various committees. The electioa lasted until after S o'clock, too lata to allow of the publication of the names of successful suc-cessful candidates. From tha financial statement as read, it was learned that a balance of 111419 remains ia the treasury. The sum of $3222.49 was paid during the fiscal year for expenses, and the sum of 14874.88 was received. Tha reports wsa referred to the auditing committee, commit-tee, composed of P. Norton and B. J.
