The gathering broke np in time to per mit the guests to catch the last ear for home. At the Caladoniaa clnb there was no banquet, but the 300 guests made merry in real old Scotch fashion. They listened lis-tened to short speeches, to songs of the fatherland, to the musio of the bagpipe bag-pipe and engaged in the dancee which are known where ever a half dozen Scots can be found in the world.
