Maj.-Oen. Adolphns W. Oreely, commander of the Northern division of the United States army, one of the founders and the first vice-president of the National Order of Sons of the American Revolution, ad dressed the Chicago society of the Sons of the Revolution last night at its quarterly quar-terly meeting. He declared that commercialism com-mercialism today is causing a degeneracy degen-eracy of the spirit of independence fostered fos-tered by our forefathers. "There has been a change in the spirit of the times." he sai.l. "You captains of industry are in position to Vnow that best of all.
