Gray, who declared , that she had been married to Andrew Gray for fortv-two years. Mrs. Grsy , said that her husband waa drunk most ' of the time, and that she could no long- j er live with him. Other divorces grsnt- j ed were ss follows: Clara McCourt vs. Clement H. Mc-Court, Mc-Court, non-support and desertion; wife given the custodv of her child. Grace S. Riley vs. Arthur E. Riley, habitual drunkenness. Nettie McNeill vs. Albert 8. McNeill, failure to provide; maiden name 01 wife, Npttie Burris, restored. Ida F. Neff vs. Benjamin B. Neff, non-support; plaintiff awarded custody of her two children snd $25 a month alimonv. In tEe divorce case of Laura M. Atkinson At-kinson vs. William J. Atkinson, wherein where-in plaintiff and defendant have both made a number of charges sgainst each other, the husband was ordered to pay his wife $45 a month alimony and $50' attorney's fee during the pendency of tho action. Atkinson is employed in a clerical capacity by tho Oregon Short Line. |
