Trading is in very moderate volume vol-ume and reflected almost entirely professional pro-fessional transactions. Reading, St. Paul and Union Pacific were the stocks in which weakness was the most promi-j nent. After the unfavorable bank statements, state-ments, stocks became more active and 1 the reaction was sharper. The close was weak. Reading, Uefbn Pacific, New York Central. Pennsylvania were the weaker, with the considerable pressure pres-sure in the first named stock. The rlose wss fairly active, with prices at about the lowest of the day. |
