Show Mrs. Waters Entertains . For Charlotte Murphy In the midst of a whirl of prenuptial parties is Misa Charlotte Murphy, who haa barn in the aocial spotlight ever since her be trothal to Kenneth C. Robertson of Washington, D. C, was announced. an-nounced. The most recent party given for her was Tuesday afternoon after-noon when Mrs. J. Holman Waters entertained at a luncheon at ' her home,' 180 North State street The guests were served from one long buffet table and were served at three email tables smartly decorated with email bowls of ' feathery acacia and pink and la Tender Ten-der sweet pess.
