The treasury announced today It collected 3473,122.092 of Income taxee in the first 20 days of March, fulfilling budget estimates. Although collections were about 30 per cent leea than last year, because be-cause of the business recession which sharply curtailed 1031 income on which first installment payment pay-ment were due March 1 the figure fig-ure appeared elightiy more than necessary to fulfill the eetimates in President Roosvlt'a January budget measege.
