Show Traps Aces Open Competition For Laurels in Utah P. I. T. A. compete for local amateur honors. The first half of state singles and class chsmpionshipa will be fired Saturday, when 50 pairs of doubles are scheduled. The final 100 targets in singles, handicap and women's singles will be fired Sunday. The Idaho P. I. T. A. meet Is set for June 1-4 at Wallace-Kellogg. the Montana meet at Butte, July 7-9. Dean Hurd and Hsrrey Carlisle were defending singles, doubles, all around and handicap titles, respectively, respec-tively, in the annual Utah Pacific International Trapshooting association associa-tion meet which opened Friday morning at tha SeJt Lake Gun club. Frank Pilling and Paul Reynolds, gunners from Calgary, Canada, were among the large field aeeking prises in the event which closes Sunday. Tha pro championship throne was not defended by J. A.
