Urge enactment of the Pope-McGIll Pope-McGIll farm bill In congress, including in-cluding ever normal granary and crop Insurance features. Insist on amendment of the Taylor grazing act to provide for district advisory boards and define their powers. 4. Urge adequae tariff restrictions restric-tions on all imports of competitive products, including eggs, seeds, starch, meats and canned foods. 6. Approve Investigation and work being done by the federal government gov-ernment on phosphate resources In western states and urge immediate immedi-ate development of these resources. C Urge further reduction in in- toreat rata even to 3 per cent, including in-cluding rates on federal land bank loans, commissioner loans, seed aad feed loans. T. Oppose the train limit bill. t. Request members of the United Unit-ed States senate Interstate commerce com-merce committee to recommend to the senate that the Pettengill bill, involving "long and short haul clause" does not pass. 9. Protest granting of application applica-tion of railroad for a IS per cent freight rate increase by ths interstate inter-state commerce commission and urge the commission to dismiss the petition entirely. 10. Favor the continuation of, tha administration's purchasing of domestic silver at or about ths present pres-ent price. 11. Urge that no federal loans be allowed on crop control programs where eon trow ed acres are being ueed for increasing the number o( livestock carried beyond the aver-1 ago number of livestock produced! for three years previous. 12.
